Nadia Harris

Biography
Nadia Harris is a Congressional Liaison and Deputy Director for the Special Access Programs Directorate at the U.S. Department of the Air Force (DAF). She is directly responsible for advocating for the President’s budget, communicating the effects of legislation on DAF programs to key congressional committees, and educating the Congress on DAF missions, programs, and priorities. She works closely with DAF Senior Leaders to ensure they are prepared to brief Congressional Members and staff on issues of importance to national defense. Prior to joining the Special Access Programs Directorate, she served for more than a decade in the DAF’s Financial Management field. Ms. Harris earned a Master in Business Administration from the University of Mary and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
