Biography
Matthew Spence is a Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners, where he focuses on technology mergers and acquisition, particularly in cybersecurity. He is also a Senior Fellow at the NYU Center on Law and Security. He previously was the William J. Perry Fellow at Stanford University, and served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Middle East Policy and as Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for International Economic Affairs on the National Security Council. He is the co-founder and currently serves on the board of the Truman National Security Project.
