Biography

Major Mark P. Lubke is a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Marine Corps. He currently serves as a military prosecutor in Quantico, Virginia, focusing primarily on felony level crimes in addition to training and mentoring junior counsel across the entire spectrum of military justice issues. Prior to this assignment, he was the Executive Officer of a Marine Security Guard regional headquarters at the American Embassy in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. While there, he was responsible for all Marine detachments across 14 countries in the Middle East and Indian subcontinent, and worked closely with Chiefs of Mission and Diplomatic Security officials. He has filled positions as a Company Commander, Staff Judge Advocate, and Special Assistant U.S. Attorney. Mark is a 2006 graduate of The Citadel and holds a J.D. from The University of South Carolina School of Law.
