Biography
Maj. Delvin Darien is a defense legislative fellow currently serving on Capitol Hill. He is a distinguished U.S. Air Force leader whose career spans strategic-level defense programming, operational resource management, and joint expeditionary missions. He has shaped the Air Force’s modernization and readiness posture by developing and analyzing funding requirements for the service’s $1.1 trillion portfolio, advising senior leaders on Future Years Defense Program strategy, and guiding engagements with Congress, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Joint Staff, and the Air Force Corporate Structure. Major Darien’s educational background includes an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.S. in cybersecurity from the University of South Florida.
