Biography
Kenneth Rapuano serves on the board of advisors for the Foundation for Defense of Democracies’ (FDD’s) Center for Cyber and Technology Innovation (CCTI).
Kenneth has led a distinguished career for over 35 years in the national defense and security fields working as a security advisor at the White House, the Department of Defense, and the Department of Energy, as well as senior positions in the private sector and academia. Most recently, he served as the assistant secretary of defense for homeland defense and global security.
His breadth of experiences has provided him with an understanding of the most significant security threats facing the nation. He continues to share his knowledge and leadership today by consulting, sitting on multiple boards, and serving as a distinguished research fellow at the National Defense University.
