John Speed Meyers is a Security Data Scientist at Chainguard, a software supply chain security startup. He previously worked as a data scientist and software engineer at IQT Labs, an applied R&D outfit that works with the U.S. intelligence community. In previous roles, he researched U.S. military strategy towards China and force planning at the RAND Corporation and the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments. He holds a B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University, an MPA from Princeton University and a Ph.D. in Policy Analysis from the Pardee RAND Graduate School.
