Biography

Jeremy Folks is the Chief of Congressional Engagements for the Air Force Reserve.  In this role, he works directly with Senators, House Members, and committee staff on national security and defense issues affecting Air Force Reserve missions worldwide. He previously served as a Defense Fellow in the Office of Congressman John Garamendi, where his legislative portfolio included higher education, veterans affairs, foreign affairs, intelligence, nuclear nonproliferation, and military modernization .  Prior to his time on Capitol Hill, Jeremy served in various assignments as a military officer with the Defense Intelligence Agency and the US Air Force.  He has deployed five times as a reconnaissance aircrew member and as a Joint Special Operations Task Force liaison officer.  Jeremy holds a Master’s in International Relations and a Doctorate from the University of Southern California.
