Jeffrey Randall is a Judge Advocate serving as the Cyber, Intelligence, and Information Law Attorney at Judge Advocate Division, Headquarters Marine Corps. He focuses on resolving legal issues affecting Marine Corps capabilities, policies, and operations in the information environment, space, and in service intelligence activities. He is currently a Seminar XXI Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He received his Master of Laws (LL.M) from The U.S. Army Judge Advocate General Legal Center and School, his J.D., magna cum laude, from Marquette University Law School, and his B.A. from Texas A&M University.
