Biography
Jaclyn Cahan serves as counsel for Congressman Stephen F. Lynch (MA-08). In this role, she advises the Congressman on his Financial Services Committee work, where he serves on the Capital Markets, Securities, and Investment & Terrorism and Illicit Finance Subcommittees. She also manages the Congressman’s work on the Anti-Terrorism and Proliferation Financing Task Force, which he co-chairs with Rep. Pete King. Her portfolio includes Judiciary, telecommunications, budget, small business, Social Security and pensions, taxes, animals, humanities, and trade. Jaclyn graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Florida, where she also received her Master’s degree in International Business. She holds a J.D. with a certificate of specialization in International Law from the University of California at Berkeley.
