Emily Leviner

Emily Leviner is the Legislative Director and Chief Counsel for Senator Deb Fischer, a senior member of the Senate Armed Services Committee and Chair of the Subcommittee on Strategic Forces. She supports a team of policy staffers in developing and executing the Senator’s legislative agenda. Prior to this, Emily served as Legislative Director and Counsel for U.S. Rep. John Ratcliffe, where she advised him on national security, defense, and foreign policy matters. She also handled matters relating to his role as Chairman of the Cybersecurity Subcommittee on the Homeland Security Committee and his membership on the Judiciary Committee. Emily holds a J.D. from Regent University School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from Clemson University.
