Biography
Doug Wood has more than 30 years of experience driving optimal IT strategies and conceptualizing and evangelizing cutting-edge technologies. He is the chief engineer with Ursa Space Systems and previously served as the lead engineer for federal government systems with artificial intelligence company Kyndi. He has a proven track record of developing innovative solutions to the most difficult technical problems by leveraging extensive knowledge of new technologies, systems, and best practices. Prior to his current position, Dr. Wood served as the Implementation and Sustainment Executive at DISA for all Department of Defense networks and data centers. He also worked in various technical and consulting roles serving the Defense Department including the Defense Information Systems Agency, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Office of the Secretary of Defense.
