Daniela Murch

Biography
Daniela Murch is a litigation attorney for the Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration. She defends TSA and its security operations against suits brought by current and former employees. In this capacity, Daniela is responsible for every aspect of her cases, including developing the government’s defense, writing briefs, and arguing her cases before administrative judges. Daniela has a certificate in International Human Rights Law from Oxford University with a focus on the Law of War. She graduated from the George Washington University Law School and is a member of the Maryland Bar. (This bio is current to when the participant joined FDD’s National Security Network.)
