Charles Sciarini

Biography

Charles Sciarini is an Air Force Officer and currently serves as the RC-135 Functional Manager for the Air Force Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance and Cyber Effects Operations (A2/6). He is a senior Electronic Warfare Officer and a distinguished graduate of the U.S. Air Force Weapons School. He has extensive experience in joint integration focusing on electronic warfare and intelligence, surveillance and Reconnaissance, combat tactics and mission planning. In his 14 years of service, he has deployed six times in support of operations in U.S. Central Command as well as flown missions in support of European Command, Southern Command and Northern Command with over 1800 flight hours and 800 combat hours. He earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s degree in Military Studies with an emphasis on Air Power.
