Biography

Carri Salas is a U.S. Air Force Officer and combat veteran currently assigned to Headquarters United States Air Force (USAF) Air Staff as an Airpower Strategist. She is a senior Electronic Warfare Officer (EWO) and a graduate of the USAF Weapons School and the USAF School of Advanced Air and Space Studies (SAASS). A combat veteran with more than 1,000 flying hours and 450+ combat hours in the EC-130H COMPASS CALL. Carri has an extensive background in full-spectrum joint kinetic and non-kinetic integration from the tactical through the strategic level. She participated in the USAF Strategic Policy Fellowship assigned to the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Policy-South Asia and Southeast Asia and Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA). Carri earned her Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a Master’s degree in Operational Warfare, and a Master’s of Philosophy Degree in Military Strategy from Air University (USAF).
