Ashley Truluck is a professional staff member for the U.S. House Appropriations Homeland Security Subcommittee. Most recently, she served as a professional staff member for the U.S. House Homeland Security Subcommittee on Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Protection, where she plays a key role in overseeing the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and helps develop cybersecurity and critical infrastructure policy. She previously served at CISA as an external affairs specialist and was a policy advisor to the assistant secretary for cyber, infrastructure, and resilience policy at DHS. Her earlier roles include scheduler to the DHS secretary and director of operations for Rep. David Schweikert (R-AZ). Ashley holds an M.A. in defense and strategic studies from the U.S. Naval War College and dual B.A. degrees in political science and French from Santa Clara University.
