Art Miller is an Army artillery officer with over a decade of experience in assignments from Korea to the Middle east. He is a Legislative Liaison in the Army’s House Liaison Division on Capitol Hill. Previously, he served as the Defense Fellow for Rep. Tom Cole of Oklahoma in 2022. His graduate degrees are in diplomacy and legislative affairs, and his recent military assignments include rocket and missile security cooperation and comprehensive training in potential near pear conflict.
