Anthony Ferrara

Biography
Anthony Ferrara is a Major in the U.S. Air Force assigned to Headquarters Air Force Office of the Director of Staff, providing executive correspondence support to senior Department of the Air Force leadership. Prior to this assignment, he served as J5 Chief of Deliberate Plans for Joint Special Operations Air Component-Europe. Major Ferrara received his commission through the U.S. Air Force Academy in 2009. He has completed multiple state-side and overseas operational assignments as an MC-130H/J instructor pilot, supporting combat and contingency operations in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. His experience also includes advising security cooperation engagements with allied and partner nations, U.S. Embassies, and NATO in support of U.S. Special Operations Command Europe priority efforts. Anthony holds a B.S. in Management and a master’s degree in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary. (This bio is current to when the participant joined FDD’s National Security Network.)
