Angelica Martinez

Biography

Angelica Martinez is an active duty U.S. Army Colonel and Strategist. She is currently completing her doctoral degree in fulfillment of War College. Most recently she served as the Executive Officer to the Superintendent of the United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point. She also served as the Chief of Policy for NATO’s Allied Land Command (LANDCOM) and she taught in the Social Sciences Department at West Point. In 2021 she will be the Director of Plans for the United States Security Coordinator (USSC) at the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Virginia Military Institute (VMI) in International Relations, a Master of Arts degree in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, a Master of Military Arts and Sciences (MMAS) from the U.S. Army School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS), and an anticipated PhD from George Mason University.
