Biography

Ana Rosa Quintana is a policy analyst for Latin America and the Western Hemisphere at the Heritage Foundation. She leads the Foundation’s U.S. policy efforts toward Latin America, concentrating largely on Central America, Colombia, Cuba, Mexico and Venezuela. She has authored numerous policy studies and has had articles appear in Real Clear World, The National Interest, The Federalist, among others. She holds a Master of Arts degree in global security studies and a Bachelor’s degree in political science, both from Florida International University.  (This bio is current to when the participant joined FDD’s National Security Network.)
