Alex Schual-Berke is Associate Manager at Partnership for Public Service on the Education and Outreach team, coaching federal agencies regarding human capitol best practices and policies. He served for two years as Foreign Manager of a private language school in Xianyang, China, focusing on business development and growth, and cross-cultural communication. Alex received his B.A. in International Affairs with a concentration in global public health from The George Washington University.
