Dr. Alon Ben-Meir, the senior fellow at the Center for Global Affairs at New York University (NYU) joins Emanuele Ottolenghi, a senior fellow at the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies, on The Hard Line to discuss the diplomacy that led to the prisoner exchange with Iran over the weekend and if this is a direct result of the channels being opened up as part of the nuclear deal reached over the summer.
