State Minister for Oil Lauds Govt-Iranian Cooperation in Oil Field
Khartoum — The State Minister at the Ministry of Oil, Engineer Ali Ahmed Osman, met Monday the Iranian Ambassador to Sudan. The meeting reviewed Sudanese-Iranian relations and the joint cooperation between the two countries. Engineer Osman affirmed state readiness to cooperate with the Iranian companies working in the oil field, praising the Sudanese-Iranian relations, hoping that their bilateral relations would witness more openness in the economic sphere in the era of the new Iranian ambassador.
The Iranian Ambassador, for his part, expressed his country strong desire to invest in Sudan particularly in the oil field where Iran has vast experience and possesses giant petroleum companies that have wish to invest in the available squares in Sudan.
