Mr. Baini's discussion will include the status of Syrian intelligence agents, the future of Hezbollah and prospects for its disarmament, democratic elections in Lebanon and the ability of Lebanese émigrés to vote, and Lebanese political prisoners in Syria.  Mr. Walid Phares, Senior Fellow at the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies, will accompany Mr. Baini.
